The Alexander Marcus Design Team

The Alexander Marcus Development Team brings 100+ years of collective development experience, ranging from predevelopment to design/build, general construction, management, sales, and market analysis. We serve in a variety of hotel management and development supervisory roles, encompassing numerous projects as developers. Our experience in construction and design/build projects includes preplanning developments and projects, site logistics studies, constructability reviews, conceptual, schematic, design development, and final construction document estimates.

Our assembled team has a keen understanding of the weaknesses and opportunities in the hotel market.

Whether new construction, conversion, or adaptive reuse, we develop modern, iconic boutique hotels. That means quality stone and glass structures that appeal to the eye while delivering comfort that is immediately heralded. Iconic hotels demand highly desirable locations-which we can acquire because of our small footprint, imagination, and insight into municipality objectives. Not only can we adapt our design principles to different lot dimensions, we also reclaim old structures (adaptive reuse), morphing relics into dynamic boutique properties- while earning municipality’s benefits.

Our expertise in every facet of the boutique hotel industry coupled with opportune market conditions position us to become a leader in the industry in the next 5-10 years. With consumers demanding a fresh experience, we are built to win the future.
